1902
F.T. Hutchins, a pioneer missionary, made frequent visits to Costa Rica aboard the missionary schooner "The Herald" and began work in Port Limón, Costa Rica.
Early 1900s
The mission was supported by dedicated workers including H. Louie Mignott, C.N. Moulton, and two colporteurs named Horton and Brooks.
1903
The first official report was published in the Review and Herald (80:15, December 1903), documenting the baptism of 10 people and the organization of a church with approximately 26 members in Pacuarito, Port Limón, Costa Rica.
1968
A Central English Speaking Church was built in the city of Port Limón, marking a significant milestone in our community's spiritual journey.
